FileZilla Server 开启FTP over TLS ：
1. 进入设置界面：Edit -> Settings -> FTP over TLS settings
2. 首先点击按钮【Generate new certificate…】，按钮上面的3个空格可以空着
3 .填写下面的内容，选择好保存certificate.crt文件的位置，选择按钮【Generate certificate】
当certificate.crt文件生成后，会自动填上在2里面所说的三个空格的前两个，内容就是你选定
保存certificate.crt文件的位置。
